hello everyone,
i haven't used my paypal account since years and now i got an SMS message
says "withdraw 46.66 SAR from Account xxxxxxx from PAYPAL CARDDELIVER"
is there a tax or something for not using the account ? even the payment was on pendeing status
Until they withdraw it .
Also when i tried to login into my old account i couldnt login as the email isn't in the paypal database anymore
so i said maybe i forgot maybe its from another account but when i did go to the email that i couldn't login with ,
I saw the old emails from paypal about the activites that i made that means there was an account with my old email
and now its gone :'( .
So now did I got hacked and somehow the hacker change the email while he is keeping my card information ?
Or its a tax from paypal? or something else ?
