This company has too many flaws. First, I cannot find out how to pay my Smart Connect balance. No one at your call centers have a clue. I have been on the phone several times for over 1 hour trying to pay my balance and you charge $15! To pay on the phone. This is unethical. You need to make it easy to pay this bill. Meanwhile the consumers are being hit with interest because you make it impossible to pay our bill. Please get it together and fast! And stop taking advantage of your consumers SMH -angry customer

Why dont you provide me a direct number to a supervisor? someone who actually may have a good understanding of how your system works(hopefully). How does this have nothing to do with you?
