lost creditcard problem

Hi,

Ive lost my creditcard so i had to change my paypal to the new creditcard that i allready own.

The problem is, since i have a subscription on adobe paypal wont allow me to remove the not working creditcard as long as the payment isnt paid.

Is there a way to kinda pause the payment or do the payment with the new card?
