MISSING WITHDRAWAL 3000$ : PLEASE HELP ME!!!

 Hello Paypal members,
my name is Vien Thi Quy and I am from Vietnam. I am seeking for help!
On 17/06/2016 I did a paypal withdraw to my credit account at ACB Vietnam of 3000USD, but because of a mistake I made (uncorrect name) the amount didnt got onto my creditcard account. Until now the money also didnt got back to my paypal account nor did a receive any respond for further steps from paypal. My creditbank also doesnt know where the money went.
Please, does any one of you has experience and can help me? this amount of money was not so easy to earn and I really need To paypal: Please contact me via this number to solve the problem 0084942315837.
I need a vietnamese speaking person if thats possible.

According to PayPal, you can't withdrawl to credit card in Vietnam, you can only withdraw to bank account.  Did you withdraw to bank account?

You need to contact PayPal, either call the nearest customer service center near your region (Click Help & Contact at the bottom of page) or use Facebook, or Twitter.

Sorry for the confusion,

i did a withdrawal to my normal bank account not my credit card. My fault was to write my last name twice. Instead of Vien Thi Quy I wrote Vien Vien Thi Quy. Usually the money would have to get back to my paypal account right?

When you withdrawl to the bank, you don't just add an bank account info and that is it.  Did you verify the bank account first? Did PayPal send you two small deposits to check if the bank account works and the names/info on bank account match PayPal account?

I am shocked that PayPal let you send money and not have an error screen to tell you there is a problem or tell you to verify the bank account first.

Your explanation is not clear.  Did you have a bank account added to PayPal before this problem?

If his bank is linked to his Paypal account and verified,he does not need to enter his name to transfer $3000 from his Paypal account to his bank account.

first he said he withdrew to his credit card,then he said it is a bank account.

1: I texted should help a lot, but I feel hopeless, still only and autoresponder email from paypal
2: I have to call directly (many times) I have provided complete all, I hope will be resolved quickly, but it's all a question: Please wait. forever ..........................!
had to wait three months and then, so is bad
3: I have checked with my bank: but do not have any confirmed information from Paypal moved to, .....

I'm feeling hopeless

It looks like your bank reversed the smaller amount,from the page you show us,it was reversed in Vietnamese currency.

Is your Paypal account in Vietnamse currency or US currency?

There is no reversal on the $3000 amount,from the page you show us,it was exchanged to Vietnamese currency and a wire transfer fee was charged.

Have you asked your bank to trace that amount,if they did not deposit into your account because the name is wrong,then it could be sitting in a suspense account waiting to be sorted out.

Have you gone to your bank and show them the two pages you show us and ask them what happens to that US$ 3000?
