i got limited after i made several purchases with paypal balance - i don't understand what's wrong?

wrote message and received "negative balance", maybe automated - but its NOT negative! its POSITIVE -

maybe this is some mistake?

I'm using this paypal account since 2013.

Eddie Bauer had a great sale today, so there were 3 orders, one by one - maybe this is "suspicious"?

All were paid with paypal balance, and there are still money on it.

 

Nope, i tried to write via "contact us" web form each time receiving automated response 😞

 

I cannot live without paypal - i'm paying everything with it - give me my paypal back!!

got an email telling "

We recently noticed a pattern of account activity that, in our experience,
is usually high risk.

what pattern? what high risk? these are my money and i thought i can spend them any way i wish!

Were each of the 3 purchases shipping separately?  Does you PayPal account sow the activity correctly?

Is there anything suspicious in your activity details for PayPal?

 

You could call PayPal customer service and talk to an agent.  Us the contact link at the bottom and then call (you'll get an online code)

 

Automated responses are normal, annoying, and unavoidable.  Reply to one of the automated responses with a little irritation and explain the issues.  Generally, a real person looks at the reply.

they aren't yet shipped - just authorised. but yup, nothing suspicios and paypal shows everything ok.

 

replied to two automated messages,

uploaded the best that i could into resolution form,

read help where its written that it can take up two three days to resolve the issue -

too loong 😞
