cant withdraw 2nd payment received

 please help, i received two payments in one day. The first one was transferred smoothly, but the 2nd payment is not showing any option for me to transfer or withdraw payment. What should I do?Thanks

it is a payment for service, sender is from US and should be converted to Philippine Peso.

amount is 125$...i have a previous payment received, same amount, and is just waiting for my bank verification s o i can withdraw it...should I wait for it to be withdrawn first?

Since it's a payment for something that can't be shipped (meaning buyer could win non-receipt claim) and it's international there could be various security reasons for PayPal to hold funds.
