Paypal is show the error you cannot complete this tansaction at this time, while withdrawing my funds to my card, can anyone help me with this?

As far as I can tell it just takes them a few days to deal with each issue individually. 

Mine has been resolved. It took a few days.

This is getting ridiculous! There are people waiting for their money not knowing what's happening and PayPal doesn't even respond to them! Tried today again and it says Cannot complete this transaction at this time...

There are so many people with this problem and PayPal stays silent for days!  

I am a member for so many years but if they keep with this kind of stuff I will have to swtich to some other company.

Having this same error and also saying instant payment is not aviavble please link a debit card or credit to process money from (Bank account info here) to countine this trasnction...

They responded to me and said they made some update to my profile and I now will be able to withdraw... Tried to withdraw and it said "You cannot complete this transaction at this time." again... I am so frustrated. Messaging them again.

OK guys,

I am having the same issue for the last few days when I try to pay something:

"We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now"

I spoke with customer support few times, cleared my cookies, tried different browsers, also tried over the phone.

In rare case(1 from 50) I am able to make the payment.

So I am sure, this is a major problem with the paypal system and they just don't admit it officialy.

There is nothing we can do, we just have to wait(I am also loosing a lot of monet while waitng)
