Hello, Frank!   Customer service responded to one of us and said: "I hope all is well with you today. I apologize for you’re unable to withdraw the funds. I'm glad to help you out. We are already aware of this issue and I sincerely regret the inconvenience it has caused you. This concern has been escalated already and our technicians are already working to resolve this matter."   So is PayPal aware of a major problem with the transcations or no? ... View more

This is getting ridiculous. They explain the problem different times in every email. To some guy they told they know about the issue and they are working on it to me they say:   Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the issues with have had making payments. If you're experiencing a loop when logging into your PayPal account, you may need to clear your cache and cookies. Depending on which browser you use, this can be done under 'Options,' 'Preferences,' or 'Tools'. Because deleting your cache and cookies relates to your web browser software and not PayPal, we recommend that you check your browser's online help section for further information. We have listed instructions for some of the browsers. Here's how to clear your cache and cookies if you’re using Windows: For Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9, and 10: Click Tools near the top of the browser. Click Safety, and then click Delete browsing history. Select the 'Cookies' check box, and then click Delete. If you don't see these steps: Click 'Tools' near the top of the browser. (If you don't see Tools try 'Ctrl + T') Click Internet Options. Click Delete under 'Browsing History'. Select what you wish to delete or select 'Delete All'. For Firefox: Click the three horizontal lines up the top right of firefox. This brings you to the firefox menu. Click Options. Click Privacy. Click Clear your recent history. Select 'Everything'. Click Details. Tick all boxes. Then click Clear now For Chrome: Click the Chrome menu. Select ‘Tools'. Select ‘Clear browsing data’. Select the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Click Clear browsing data. Remember that these instructions are for your internet browser and not PayPal. For additional information about deleting cache, cookies, and other temporary internet files, or if you didn’t see instructions for your particular web browser or browser version, go to your browser's support site. Thank you for your time. Yours sincerely, Wayne PayPal I am really frustrated right now. They should announce they have problem with their site and stop trying to make it like it's our fault. There are people here that can't withdraw their money for 7-8 days now. I am seriously considering closing my account after all this is over. I can't trust them with my money anymore.  ... View more

No solution and no explanation for so many days now. In the rare cases they respond to some of the people with this problem they try to make it like the problem is in us. "Clean cache and etc" and it never works. The problem is in them and they don't do good job handling it. So many people can't access their money for so many days now. A lot of them will be done with PayPal after this is over.  ... View more
