This is getting ridiculous. They explain the problem different times in every email. To some guy they told they know about the issue and they are working on it to me they say: Thank you for contacting PayPal regarding the issues with have had making payments. If you're experiencing a loop when logging into your PayPal account, you may need to clear your cache and cookies. Depending on which browser you use, this can be done under 'Options,' 'Preferences,' or 'Tools'. Because deleting your cache and cookies relates to your web browser software and not PayPal, we recommend that you check your browser's online help section for further information. We have listed instructions for some of the browsers. Here's how to clear your cache and cookies if you’re using Windows: For Internet Explorer 7, 8, 9, and 10: Click Tools near the top of the browser. Click Safety, and then click Delete browsing history. Select the 'Cookies' check box, and then click Delete. If you don't see these steps: Click 'Tools' near the top of the browser. There are people here that can't withdraw their money for 7-8 days now. I am seriously considering closing my account after all this is over. I can't trust them with my money anymore.
