Why do I have funds in my 'Available Credit'?

Hello!

I had just made my PayPal account a few minutes ago, and I have noticed two amounts in the BillMeLater section. One of the two amounts is the 'Current balance' amount, which has a $0 balance. The second amount is the 'Available credit' amount, which has funds in it, however I haven't added funds to this account, nor have I connected any accounts.

What is the 'Available credit' balance, and why do I have funds in that balance if I have never added funds to this PayPal account in any manner?

Thank you.

Available is credit is not actually money in your account, it's a limit as to what you can spend using Bill Me Later.  Bill Me Later is a PayPal product that's a line of credit should you choose to use it.   It's similar to a credit limit on a credit card - for example, you bank or card issuer may tell you spend you can spend up $5000 using your credit card.
