Okay, I know that there are cross border fees for a direct transfer from a senders bank account to a receipients bank account when the sender happens to be overseas, and the recepient is here in the U.S.. The transaction probably happens very quickly too.
Question: Is there a fee for transferring money from an overseas bank account to the PayPal account? I know it takes 3-4 days. If you transfer from PayPal to a recipients bank account here in the U.S., that would also take a few extra days. Is there a fee involved in this indirect transfer?
