Verified account, yet I receive message informing my account isnt verified?

I am verified on PayPal, yet I cannot accept a payment from a friend. After clicking "accept" to accept a payment, I receive this messgae informing me that I have not gotten verified: http://i.imgur.com/fzzxh62.png Once clicking "Get Verified" I get the following image telling me I am verified: http://i.imgur.com/6oUEIav.png I do not want to go through the hassle of having to call customer service, so please if there is a solution around this, speak it now. I'm sorry to see that your post went unanswered by the community! I'd be happy to shed some light on this for you, though you should no longer be experiencing the issue.

There was a known issue where what you describe was occurring. The error was purely cosmetic and did not prevent any action with your PayPal account.

I just verified my account infomration this morning and have been getting the same issue as mentioned here. I called customer service and was told to remove and then re add my bank account which did nothing besides make my circle go from 100% to 80% on the landing page. I still cannot claim my payment for an eBay sale without an infinate loop.
