Can`t withdraw to my linked card, ~3months

Hello, for the past 3 months I have been trying to withdraw funds to my linked card with no luck. I keep on getting Internal Server Error. I tryed different browsers, old paypal page, several emails to paypal.
Also I think the balance is stuck, for example I made around 6 ebay purchases and it withdraw money from my card not from my balance.
I`m using a Visa card and I am from Romania. I left them a facebook message but I doubt it will get answered there. Really frustrating.

Also shouldn`t it say that my credit card is verified somewhere in the picture attached? I tryed today to remove my card and reenter the info but I didn`t go through the verification process.

Make sure browsers are current versions, clear out cookies and cache and restart your device.

Also try using https://www.paypal.com/wdfunds

You should go through the verification process for your card and then attempt the withdrawl again..
