Uber account not connecting with my paypal account

Hello i have question why is my uber account not working with my paypal? I contacted uber and i think they did little to no help on my situation. Do i need money on my Paypal account for uber or is it something else im missing?

Do you have a bank account and credit card linked and confirmed to your PayPal account?  Try unlinking PayPal and relinking it again too.
