URGENT P0 BUG: PayPal fails to save Dispute reply from a seller

I try to reply a dispute in a resolution center:
When I click "Send" I see this
This is happening in all browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) under any OS (MacOS, Windows)
This is happening for ANY dispute we have, not a specific one.

Sorry mate, nothing we can do about this one. Users here have no access to back end technical stuff. The best we can advise is to try again later to clear out your browser cache and cookies, restart device to make another attempt.

Oh, best to type out your answer on a word processing app first then copy and paste it in because you're gonna take a while to formulate your answer and PayPal has a tendency to time out on you or do one of those moves you just got.
