I am trying to purchase a phone from ebay whit my paypal balance and ive tried eveything from changin addresses to using other ebay acccounts, but everytime i get this message;

(WHich is weird because i bought something from ebay a few days back whit no issues)

This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information.

Return to merchant and try a different payment method

What is causing this?

Some help would be really appreciated.

i get the message checkout error and cannot make payment i have tried Paypal and my credit card with no luck i have also tried to pay from the email sent to me confirming my winning bid and i have been informed that i have entered the wrong password which is rediculous  i have used this password before and had no trouble before making a purchuse on ebay.
