I am trying to purchase a phone from ebay whit my paypal balance and ive tried eveything from changin addresses to using other ebay acccounts, but everytime i get this message; (WHich is weird because i bought something from ebay a few days back whit no issues) This payment cannot be completed and your account has not been charged. Please contact your merchant for more information. Return to merchant and try a different payment method What is causing this? Some help would be really appreciated. Thanks
