Did he ever have a ppal acc associated to it?
If they did ppal might be able to help them get back into it
Im not sure what u can do if they didnt?
U could try contacting ppal direct for advice, when u call dont select any options just hold on until u speak to someone or Twitter @AskPayPal or via Private Message on their Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/PayPal

The two emails belong to one person. Unfortunately he doesn't have account with the mail I used and he doesn't know how to refund them. What should I advise him to do?

Just tell him to add that email address to his PayPal account as he owns it and the funds should come with it.
You can have up to 8 email addresses on the one PayPal account.
And yes you do pay a fee for sending using the family and friends option but only if you fund it with a debit or credit card.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

If you sent it to a non-exsistant paypal email you will get it back. It has happened to me a couple of times, but rather waiting You can go to the tranaction itself and requst it be returned. But it won't go into your bank account it will end up being a credit in your paypal account!
