Hi, I recently purchase an item from a Seller oversea, but end up the Seller couldn't ship me the item I want so they refund all the money back to me. On Paypal it shows the refund of $400 is completed, but I don't see the balance on my Paypal account. I was using my bank checking account to paid the item. How long does it take to had the money refund back to my account and show on Paypal balance?? It had been 3 days now.
