Withdraw question.

Hello.3 Days ago i ordered withdraw process to my debit card.Its still on dending.When i clicked Details  ,there is one big message saying "Your account has open issues. Click to Resolve or Check Status" . This issue is really old like 10 days ago some of my customers logged into his paypal from different IP and paypal holded my money by the reason "Inquiry by PayPal" . I did contacted the buyer and he said he already contacted them to release my money. So i readed a lot for this Inquiry by paypal and everybody says its a lost money , gone . Will im able to withdraw my funds anytime soon becasue of this open issue ?

Unfortunately as this is a member  to member help group, no one here can access or view user account details or information.  Suggest  that you contact customer support as they can review your account transaction history and hopefully explain what is going on.  Per the info you posted, sounds like you need to resolve your account issue first, for example, maybe you need to complete the account verification process, we don't know, that's why you need to follow-up with customer support.

Well i cant call customers support since im not from USA.I already emailed them but i got a feeling that they will never do anything.
So is it possible to withdraw money to debit card while there is open issue ? Like example :
I got 180$ money on account
20$ on hold.
So totally i got 200$ but 20$ are under Issue review.
I want to withdraw 180$ to my debit card.Can i do this?

Probably not, normally if there's "open" issues with your account, the issues must be resolved first.

Well i cant beleave its so easy to destroy somebody.What if i pay to some big company like for hosting , then log into my paypal from different IPs and do unusual things , got their payment under "Inquary by paypal " they will be unable to withdraw any money for 2-6 weeks , wich will lead to bad things. "Inquary by paypal " is a blackhole , just google it and see how many people actually resolved this.Results are frustrating
