HI I need help with trying to understand how to get help with a curio I order from New Orleans,. I found out the seller was a fake or as they called it a scam artists,I dont understand how to get paypal to investergate this person and how to get my money back.It was cery expensive.And I have not recieve the item,I hit dispute and it does not tell me what to do after that,At the bottom of the dispute page it says you have no open case,But I have done everything it tells me what to do.I have tryed to contact the seller 3 times and have had no repose from him at all.What am I doing wrong.Am I missing something ? THanks and hope to hear from someone who can tell me what to do?
