Pending balance

Hi all,

I have pending funds in my account. I have updated all tracking info and have received positive feedback from the buyer on ebay. The item has definetely been received and I have informed paypal of this.

My funds should be available today, 9/9/2016.

I logged in this morning to retrieve my funds and now it says they will only be available on 25/9/2016. I am not happy with this as I planned to receive this money today.

The transaction is completed and delivery is completed, all positive feedback received from buyer.

I have emailed paypal to let me access my funds today but they haven't responded as yet. What else can I do?

Positive feedback does not count for payment release and hasn't for years. 

Have you added tracking to PayPal and marked it as sent on ebay?

If so then it should be released 7 days after delivery. 

If not give eBay a call.

Thank you for your response.

I added tracking to paypal when I dispatched the item and the item was signed for a few days ago.

The pending funds was due to be released by Paypal today but I cannot access them as yet.

I have spoken to ebay and they have advised me this is due to paypal not releasing the funds to me.
