Hi all, I have pending funds in my account. I have updated all tracking info and have received positive feedback from the buyer on ebay. The item has definetely been received and I have informed paypal of this. My funds should be available today, 9/9/2016. I logged in this morning to retrieve my funds and now it says they will only be available on 25/9/2016. I am not happy with this as I planned to receive this money today. The transaction is completed and delivery is completed, all positive feedback received from buyer. I have emailed paypal to let me access my funds today but they haven't responded as yet. What else can I do?
