No help no support !!!!

I asked paypal support to help me to change my mobile number but no one ever replied me or even tried to support me and now a money refunded to my paypal account and i asked paypal people to help me since my paypal gives me 0 balance now one helped me i guess i need to get that to the authorities since no one help me here

Refunds can take up to 7 business days depending on how u paid

To change your phone number click "profile"  "my details" and update

im not that stupid

i go "Profile" then "Update Phone Number" but everytime i want to add number since its international number it gives me

Hi hamood_d10,

Sorry to hear about this. Do you have a US PayPal account? If you do, it would not allow you to add an international phone number. Unfortunately we would not be able to do this from our side either. If you are no longer living in the US, but still have a US account, I would recommend closing the account and opening another in the country you are currently residing in. 🙂

i cant delete my account because a money is refunded to me and imwaiting theni would never ever use PayPal again
