Money On Hold But the transaction is Denied for unspecified reason

Hello 4/11/2015 there was a transaction of 161.75$  which was denied due to insufficient amount ,so i removed a product from the sellers card and the amount was 156.26$ which was sufficient to my account . so i pulled again the trigger.

BUT the transaction was denied AGAIN by paypal  , ALTHOUGH my bank put on hold the amount of 156.26$

so the amount of this transaction is on hold by Paypal and the actual transaction was denied

My Bank said there is nothing that can do , and that it will be unhold after 30Days

Its probably the sort glitch from paypal outage on okt 30.

Any linked bankaccount inside paypal can't be processed from paypal themselves: (As workaround You can (pre) add manually money from creditcard/direct banktransfer into your paypal account first)

Belgium reporting in...[/quote]

Thats because majority of NL paypal users don't use creditcards and the problem is the linked bankaccount for transaction is blocked due paypal outage on okt 30!.
