Receive payment from credit/debit card

Hi,

I am new to Paypal business account. Our purpose is to receive payments from credit/debit card for rental property in indonesia. 

Can you suggest what we should start from? How to get this feature to charge funds from credit card?

If you have a paypal business account then you can receive paypal payments however the buyer has chosen to fund that payment.

Its clear about payment inside paypal.

But we need to start to collect payment from credit/debit cards. 

As I understand I need some Merchant like Flagship or how? 
We need to charge from card and receive payment to paypal business account.
