Ok, suppose your paypal account is not hacked (pp claim denied), than that scammer got your correct paypal email/password access for payment at ebay. . Did you ever bought something from there (Or pp was hacked), so that they can traceback/hack your pp email/password? So the scammer didn't access your paypal account to change password/shipping adress?
