Is PayPal Credit account not linked to PayPal account? PPC haven't same PP buyers payment details/protection and tracking? It seems when buy from ebay will linked you to Paypal login and than choose PPC payment.   This must be a super hacker than, he needs your date of birth and last 4 SS digits PPC AND your Paypal email/account/password.   So this is a joke: ---- https://www.paypalcredit.com/index.html Does PayPal Credit protect me from liability for unauthorized charges? Yes! PayPal Credit provides “zero fraud liability” protection, the same protection provided by most major credit cards. This means you are not responsible for unauthorized charges. And we verify your identity with top-of-mind information such as your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number, so there’s no account number that can be lost or stolen.. ---- Paypal should be able to track your linked/login internet IP address from the hacker's ebay account/ login IP address, is not your PPC login IP adress?, But their PP conclusion was no suspious activity and goods were sent to your adress?   Do you use the same ebay account email-adress as your PP/PPC account email-adress. ---- Ebay say there is fraud with/from the hackers ebay account.   Can you contact those sellers (suppose they aren't the hackers?) to refund your PPC payments?     ... Ok, suppose your paypal account is not hacked (pp claim denied), than that scammer got your correct paypal email/password access for payment at ebay. . Did you ever bought something from there (Or pp was hacked), so that they can traceback/hack your pp email/password?    So the scammer didn't access your paypal account to change password/shipping adress? I supposed you changed your paypal password after discovering above to prevent further payments/access? -- So now there's no external help, only try now is diy to open Paypal dispute/case for not receiving purchases: In your paypal account the (ebay) payments list history: Completed, should have list the details about each payment:  Sent to: (your adress/ delivery adress)   Track your delivery:  xx October 2015, Marked as shipped     Status: Shipped   Transaction ID     XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX   Seller information domecool (15178 ) seller-email sigal0528 (63 ) seller-email 306carrie (36553 ) seller-email   Your purchase      XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX     Total     XXX,XX USD ---------   CLICK on the left side bar:   More about your account Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre Resolution Center Report a problem Didn't receive your item? Received the wrong item? Don't recognize a payment? Dispute a Transaction --- Now simply Dispute a Transaction, choose from the affected listed payments:   Report a problem What type of problem would you like to address? What type of problem would you like to address? Item dispute: I did not receive an item I purchased or the item I received is significantly not as described. Learn more about filing an unauthorized claim --- Since your fraud claim is denied, choose Item dispute as not received etc. (wasn't sent to your home adress):   Step 1 - Identify issue Most disputes are the result of simple misunderstandings. It's best to initiate communication with the seller as soon as you recognize a potential problem. You can open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 45 calendar days of payment. By opening a dispute, you are able to communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction. If you and your seller are unable to agree on a solution, you must escalate the dispute to a PayPal claim within 20 calendar days of the date the dispute was opened. By escalating to a claim, you would be asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome. --- If its proven not received purchases to your home adress, all payments can/will be refunded after pp decision. --- Good luck, lets us know the progress! ...
