What I mean is, if I got to order some stuff online, I authorize the payment to the business where paypal puts the funds on temporary hold untill the company actually like finalizes the transaction, what would happen if my account was to get limited to where it can't pay in the middle of me authorizing and paypal putting the funds on hold so they are sure it can conver the payment, would the payment end up groing through unless I ofcourse market it as if it shouldn't, or would paypal outright stop that transaction, despite it being authorized by me and on temporary hold? Thanks.

you should always make sure there is enough fund in your account to pay for any purchase,
If you are not sure, then dont buy

I'm Sorry, but it mindboggles me how stupid you are, that is not at all what the OP was about.

Too many suppositions to figure out an outcome.
What really happened in your account? Are you short of available funds?
What did you do which would cause your account to be limited?
