How to add Europe bank account

Good morning everyone,

Thanks for your help in advance. I recently created a paypal account, where i clearly remember choosing Lithuania

and adding my Lithuanian phone number. I sold an item on ebay and i received my money on my paypal already.

When i try to add bank account it says add a US bank account. What can I do to withdraw the money on my account?

How can I change the "country"? 

I am new to this and have no idea. Thanks for your help. Greatly appreciated.

You can only withdraw funds to a card in your country.

The reason that a U.S bank account is there is because as paypal is mainly a U.S company it allows its residents if they are abroad working to link their account to any other countries paypal account. No other country can do so, they have to only link cards or bank accounts belonging to their own country.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

@kernowlass sorry to bother you once again. i have linked my card and confirmed it via bank statement. when i press withdraw fund it still says link a bank account , when i press it still us bank account. what is the problem now? also when i ender the csc of this card it says this card is not accepted
