How do I make a payment to PayPal

The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

ALL YOU HAVE TO DO TO MAKE A PAYMENT TO EBAY/PAY PAL  IS GO TO MY EBAY CLICK ON ACCOUNT AT THE TOP AND IT'S THE 'MAKE A ONE-TIME PAYMENT' BUTTON  , EBAY SHOULD POST THIS INFO!

I too am trying to send a payment. I dislike this PAYPAL CREDIT. Never know when it is being utilized until I get an email invoice. It is not linked to my credit card. Instead they want my bank information - put hold on two amounts and then take money out to pay an invoice - CRAZY. What happens if they take out too much. I cannot even get through to a person now to MAIL a payment. It tells me I can mail a payment but I cannot locate my ACCOUNT NUMBER which is what they want when sending a check.

UGH this is beyond frustrating. Tried to call but that got me no where but on HOLD.

So I am going to wing it and hopefully my account will be appropriately  paid when they get this check.

i just want to make a payment and there is no way showing. I don't know what you want for value below

In the past I have been able to log into my PayPal account and on my Summary page it showed my PayPal Credit account and balance. All I had todo to make a payment was click on make payment, enter the amount I wanted to pay and confirm. Today my PayPal Credit account does not even show at all!! Where did it go??? I have logged out and back in, tried several of the links withing PayPal and nothing shows my PayPal Credit account, I know I have a balance. How do I manage my PayPal Credit account when it doesn't show up anywhere???

I cannot make a payment because I do not see anything regarding PayPal SmartConnect.  I have asked paypal 4 x now for assistance and all they do is send me auto-generated answers that DO NOT APPLY to my question.  Where do they get these reps from because they, along with their NEW site SUCKS!!!!!!  I am beyond fed up with this.

Just click on the send money and your account with an option to pay your bill on the left side of the page. Enter the amount. you can also set up an automatic amount.
