How do I make a payment to PayPal

The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

no way to pay without a checking account  but you can go get a green pac reloadable card for five dollars which they will accept but they will not accept my credit card , go figure.

This site is the most rediculous mumbo jumbo I have ever tried to use!  How do I make a payment?   No "MAKE PAYMENT" entry found!    Is it done on purpose, so you can be charged extra for being late?

I would encourage everyone who is having a problem making a payment to their "Paypal Credit" or "Bill Me Later" credit card accounts, and cannot make them due to the inability to find anything on their accounts page to make the payment, to inundate the "Site Feedback" at the bottom of the "Overview" page. Tell them how dissatisfied you are about this issue. I am planning to contact an attourney to see if a class action lawsuit is in order. On my account overview page, there is not the "Bill Me Later" section below the "Paypal Balance" section like there is on my personal account. I can make a paymant on it , but not on my business account. If this issue isn;t fixed soon. I will pursue a lawsuit and close my accounts.

I agree it seems as if paypal is forcing those without a bank account to get one just to make a payment, i can find the pay now on my page but it wont let me pay without a bank account and even though my credit card is good enough for paypal to use for my ebay purchases it is not good enough for bill pay. Have called them and what they said was that for me to make a payment i would need to get a bank account or a money order or a greendot money card, am going to pay them off and never use them again. I am disabled pay all my bills online and my money is directly deposited on a federal credit card so when i asked paypal why i should get a bank account with all the fees they charge just to make one payment to them a month they had nothing to say. What made me mad was when i signed up it stated that i could use my paypal account to make monthly payments and then i found out you have to have a bank account. Dont know if anyone else has had this problem but paypal needs to realize that not everyone has a bank account nor do they want one

Had this problem too, but found if you click on ">" you will find options, and get to making a payment!

I talked to Paypal yesterday and they informed me that the reason I do not see the "Bill Me Later" section on my business account is because the card I have is a debit card linked to my bank account. I was under the impression that this card is a credit card on a credit account like my personal card. Nowhere on my card does it say "debit" . I told them to cancel the card and I cut it up. As soon as I get the credit card on my personal account paid off, I;m going to close that one too. Not worth the hassle. So, if you think you have a "credit card" type account, check with paypal to see if it is actually a debit card that has to be linked to your bank account.  The card I can make a payment on is a "Bill Me Later" credit account. Hope this helps....

I finally figured out how to make a payment to my account.  If you need to make a payment go to the summery page and click on Pay Pal Credit directly above you balance owed.  this will bring you to the payment menu.

I tried to make a payment on my charge account due to PayPal but I can't.  You do not accept a charge account payment and don't accept my bank information.  Help!  I regret having an account with you in the first place.  I always like to pay immediately for anything I have to pay for but you don't always permit this choice!  Donald H Kellander

This may be the strangest thing I've ever seen; I got an email that I have a balance of 20-something; I can't find anywhere on the site I get linked to where you would make a payment; I've been back to the site probably 4-5 times looking; I was going to send a check but I can't even find my account number...
