I talked to Paypal yesterday and they informed me that the reason I do not see the "Bill Me Later" section on my business account is because the card I have is a debit card linked to my bank account. I was under the impression that this card is a credit card on a credit account like my personal card. Nowhere on my card does it say "debit" . I told them to cancel the card and I cut it up. As soon as I get the credit card on my personal account paid off, I;m going to close that one too. Not worth the hassle. So, if you think you have a "credit card" type account, check with paypal to see if it is actually a debit card that has to be linked to your bank account.  The card I can make a payment on is a "Bill Me Later" credit account. I would encourage everyone who is having a problem making a payment to their "Paypal Credit" or "Bill Me Later" credit card accounts, and cannot make them due to the inability to find anything on their accounts page to make the payment, to inundate the "Site Feedback" at the bottom of the "Overview" page. Tell them how dissatisfied you are about this issue. I am planning to contact an attourney to see if a class action lawsuit is in order. On my account overview page, there is not the "Bill Me Later" section below the "Paypal Balance" section like there is on my personal account. I can make a paymant on it , but not on my business account. If this issue isn;t fixed soon. I will pursue a lawsuit and close my accounts. ... View more
