Help with unauthorized monthly payments with no approved plan

Last month, a company automatically billed my account for $37.93. Because I never used their service, I opened up a dispute against it. Since they never responded to the case,I won. 

 

This morning, I noticed another automatic billing, which again I did not authorize. I opened a case against that, and it is now awaiting a response from the other.

 

Because this is the 2nd time, I repeatedly went through my Preapproved Payments to see if there was a monthly plan which I was not aware of. There is not. 

 

Any advice on what I should do? This is the first time I have encountered this issue in all the years I have used PayPal.

 

For what it's worth, when I emailed someone at the company last time, they found no account associated with my email address...
