i got problem with my transaction, i sell 2 products ,buyer already paid, i received an email from Paypal about payment but it said Paypal hold that money and just show in my account after i add tracking number ,is that right and please let me know how to add it because that emai just tell me need to add,didn't tell me how to add?
This may be a scam, DO NOT send anything until the funds are showing in your paypal account balance.
If its genuine the funds will show as pending in that balance under the new seller hold, if its a scam then they won't show and you should provide more info so we can advise you.
