Ok this lady let me borrow 110.00 from an internet foum over paypal. I told her I could probably pay her in about 3 weeks as that is when my check is direct deposited. She didn't seem to have a problem with this. Well they couldn't direct depost my check for some reason (new job) and things came up (I was in a care accident and my grandma who I am partly a caretaker for fell and broke her hip). She said that was fine. When things settle down to pay her. Well taht's are stilll on the down slope and I told her I would pay her when I can. She filed a dispute with paypal because in the invoice she put "thanks for the phone" But this was for a small loan. I've emailed paypay countless times saying THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER!! No merchandise was mailed. I keep gettin the same response about needing a tracking number. I mean I'm not lying I do owe her money but It wasn't supposed to be handled this way. What do you guys think? Is paypal wrong for siding on her side of the dispute?

What is the actual PayPal record of the initial transaction whre you received money through PayPal.
I don't understand why this other person has an invoice.
All of the reasons for not paying back are irrelevant.
