When Paypal makes a charge to my credit card, do they always use the same authorization company?
I want to create a Discover Secure Online number to use as a Paypal payment method, but ti will only work if the credit card is always charged by the same transaction company...
For example, I have one I use for Amazon, and as long as the item comes directly from Amazon it works. But if I try and use it for MP3s or E-Books, it doesnt because those are considered different transaction companys.
So, does Paypal always come across as the same transaction company, even though the charge will say PAYPAL***Whoever...
Thanks
Cal
