I have added a bank and transferred my paypal money my aunt sent me but PayPal won't send the confirmation amounts or even let me enter an amount in those spaces. I need my money asap, that's why she sent it PayPal and I created a PayPal vs. her sending a check in the mail. It looks as is a check might have been faster.
You can actually withdraw funds without confirming the bank, it's transactions from bank going outside (like payment or sending money) that needs confirmation but since withdrawing money will be going to your bank account, it's not required to confirm the bank. Just click transfer to your bank link and it should work. You still need to wait 3-5 business days though before you see it in your bank statement.
