I was on a wedsite to purchase an item. The only option was Paypal. I wanted the charge to go on my credit card, not be deducted from my Paypal Account.
When I put in my email address and CC# it would not let me put the charge on my card, it would only deduct frommy account..
Is this something in my settings or is a normal Paypal procedure? Was there an option I missed somewhere?
Thanks

If you have funds in your paypal account balance then they will always be used first UNLESS you use pay after delivery or they are in the wrong currency.
The default funding sources are.
1. funds in your balance.
2. bank account
3 debit or credit card.
If you want to use your c.c. then withdraw the funds from your balance first.
