I was on a wedsite to purchase an item. The only option was Paypal. I wanted the charge to go on my credit card, not be deducted from my Paypal Account. When I put in my email address and CC# it would not let me put the charge on my card, it would only deduct frommy account.. Is this something in my settings or is a normal Paypal procedure? Was there an option I missed somewhere? Thanks
