I go through the steps as I've always done to pay for something on ebay with my debit card thats on file, but it won't take it and keeps telling me to verify my info or use another card. I checked my account and they still have my correct info listed. I will not go through ???

Same problem here
It has passed two days I cannot pay. I even tried to pay
with invoice, nothing. Sent mail to customer support
twice, no answer yet.
My cards are working ok in banks, shops etc.
I went out yesterday, non of them declined.
It's paypal problem not eBay's I think.
And needs to be solved fast!!!Because we become
non-trustable buyers at the end.

Login to your PayPal account and check to see if PayPal has the correct expiration date for your card.

What a ridiculous answer that is. These people have obviously been successfully completing their purchases which indicates all their information was correct in prior purchases. Unless Paypal actually manually changed the expiration dates on their credit/debit cards, this is just simply not possible.

We are updating this information and it should be available soon"..
The same response after 6 attempts in 3 hours ..ebay..
transaction goes all the way to ..confirm..when button is pressed
- Please check out again and try a different credit card or bank account for your PayPal payment.
- If you're still having problems, contact PayPal customer support.
RESOLVED... I strictly use my bank account...the attached card for backup had just been cancelled...attached a different card

I am having the same problem. Have been trying to pay for 2 days and get the same messages that payment can't be processed at this time or that my account is restricted. I have spoken with Paypal CS twice and they say everything is perfect RE my account on their end. This is SOOO Frustrating. I switched payment method from bank account to credit card and was able to get 2 transactions paid, but after that, back to the same messages. I can't believe that PayPal would not be aware of the problem. Surely I'm not the only one that has contacted them. The person I spoke with was clueless & had no advice other than to go through Green Dot Money Pack. Any help?
