unable to make payments on ebay..."use a different card or change bank accounts"...all accounts are fine.. same verifications..no limits,restrictions etc ,..I make payments/purchases allmost daily on ebay..today I can't... also in the questions area on payments...the answer " how to with credit/debit"... has this response..."We’re sorry, this answer is no longer available. The same response after 6 attempts in 3 hours ..ebay.. transaction goes all the way to ..confirm..when button is pressed We were not able to process your payment. Please check out again and try a different credit card or bank account for your PayPal payment. If you're still having problems, contact PayPal customer support. RESOLVED... I strictly use my bank account...the attached card for backup had just been cancelled...attached a different card
