I have the same problem that everyone in this foro. Paypal sent me this email, but they didn't fix anything, I have the same problem yet:   PAYPAL EMAIL   "We want to let you know that on April 4 we had a technical issue that led to some transaction payments failing to be completed, both on the eBay site and on eBay mobile applications. unable to make payments on ebay..."use a different card or change bank accounts"...all accounts are fine.. same verifications..no limits,restrictions etc ,..I make payments/purchases allmost daily on ebay..today I can't... also in the questions area on payments...the answer " how to with credit/debit"... has this response..."We’re sorry, this answer is no longer available. We are updating this information and it should be available soon"..   transaction goes all the way to ..confirm..when button is pressed   We were not able to process your payment. Please check out again and try a different credit card or bank account for your PayPal payment.
