associate a credit card

I have a credit card, wells fargo, but paypal keeps on opening the mexican website, so it keeps on telling me i cant associate it to my paypal account... what can i do?

So what country are you in?

What paypal account do you have ie what countries?

If you sign up for Paypal in Mexico ,you can link your US bank account ,but not sure if you can link your US credit card.

try linking a credit card issued by a Mexican bank
