I was refunded for an amount on March 21st, 2012 but my balance is still zero. I contacted the eBay seller and he sended me an e-mail back showing me that the refund was made and completed by March 21st, 2012. The refunded money does not appear in my history and when I try to transfer the money to my bank account It says that I cannot exceed the balance which is zero. When I was refunded my account was not verified yet and I had not linked my bank account either and also my e-mail was not confirmed. I made the payment with a debit card. How can I transfer the money to my bank account so that I can withdraw it and use it. Please help me as soon as posible.
