I recently tried to withdraw money from my bank account to my PayPal to no avail. It gives me the error "We were unable to confirm your personal information at this time. To find out what we need from you, go to the Resolution Center.", however when I click on the resolution center, it says absolutely nothing. What am I suppose to do? I'm verified and they confirmed my social, so I'm confused (and frustrated...). Any help would be appreciated!
