Hi everyone, I recently tried to withdraw money from my bank account to my PayPal to no avail. It gives me the error "We were unable to confirm your personal information at this time. To find out what we need from you, go to the Resolution Center.", however when I click on the resolution center, it says absolutely nothing. What am I suppose to do? I'm verified and they confirmed my social, so I'm confused (and frustrated...). Any help would be appreciated!

I know how you feel. The whole thing makes me feel very uneasy. I mean its not like I'm taking out a loan or buying a house 😕 All I do with my account is occasionally buy something. Why do they need that much information? The "protecting our customers" thing is bull.

It appears that they are limiting everyone lately 😕 I just don't know what they expect me to do. Plus, they keep sending me nasty warning messages asking me what I'm waiting for and threatening to take away more features from me. So frustrating...

So I recently made the gross mistake of applying for the debit card. Got denied, and now I got a limited account. But my problem is that I don't have proof of address, as I am 18 and live with my family. How do they expect someone my age to have that kind of documentation? Are there any other documents I could provide that they would accept? Any answers anyone could provide are appreciated!

I have the same problem being that none the utility bills are in my name. This whole "limited account" thing is garbage. I really wish an alternative to PP would appear 😕
