About fail to purchase with paypal balance

So i have this account with this email which is the old one and for some reason last 2 days i cant login and ive tried a lot of times.So i decided to make a new paypal account and used another email. My friend send me some money in there.and when i want to make a online purchase it says declined.I even tried to transfer it to the old account and it says declined to please help me.Its real money in there and i dont know what should i do and i dont have online banking on my bank account.

You created a new problem with a second account (unless it was a business account) as PayPal only allows 1 regular account.  You'll probably need to contact PayPal customer service to resolve the problem.
