Pleade can anyone offer advice? I meant to give a partial refund, and just noticed today I have actually refunded the full amount. Is there anything I can do? Ive contacted the buyer this afternoon but have heard nothing back.
You could send the buyer a PayPal invoice for the difference and hope the buyer pays.
