2 False Claims filed against me.

I recently had 2 false claims filed against me with Gift Cards I traded. What happened was they payed me on PayPal and then I gave them the gift card information. However, both people I traded with filed claims against me, one for Non-Receipt and the other for Unauthorized Purchasing. How am I supposed to supply compelling evidence in my case here? I know that PayPal doesn't provide Buyer Protection for gift cards, but I have to respond within 7 days or else the case will be auto-determined in their favor. Please help me if you know what to do!

For non-delivery, you need to provide shipping tracking information to show it was delivered.  Obviously you can't do this for a virtual item, so you'll lose.

You should review PayPal seller protection polciies before you sell on PayPal.

As for the unaurthorized charge, you will also have a chargeback fee added.  Again, if you had tracking proof of delivery PayPal would likely re-imburse the cost.  Since you don't have proof you'll loose.

Well, all I can say is that I am done using PayPal for anything. Completely useless system if you end up giving items to others for free.

It happens when you don't follow PayPal policies for seller protection.
