i have been using paypal and made many transactions since i got it, now all of a sudden when i try to log in through the website on my PC it makes me type in ssn, birthday, and other details. i'm 16 and it's telling me i have to be 18 to "sign up". well i already signed up so wtf you want me to do about it?
do they care if you enter fake info and why is it asking me this out of nowhere...
