Re Occurring add money wanted

Hello all!

I'd like to use my bank account to "add money" to my paypal account ongoing. 

I do this with basically all my bills by using the related account number.

A) how do I find out my paypal account number?

B) Does paypal even allow this?

C) What do I do if bank cannot find Paypal amongst its search?

This would be a great ability to have; or on the flip side, make a way for PayPal to be able to "Add Money" from a verified account on a recurring basis.  I have many subscriptions I pay for using PayPal, and it would be convenient to be able to set up a recurring money transfer to my PayPal to cover them all.
